Teah McWhorter is married to Mark McWhorter. They live in Pell City, Alabama, and worship with the Ashville church of Christ. They have six children and two precious grandsons. They own and operate Chula Vista Books, a discount Bible and homeschool bookstore.
Teah graduated from Harding University in 1977 with a B.A. in Music Education and received her certificate in Elementary Education shortly thereafter. She taught in public and private schools; she managed a Mother's Day Out program for two years. She was administrator of a cover school for homeschoolers in Alabama for eight years. She has been homeschooling her children for twenty-five years.
Teah started teaching Bible class when she was fourteen years old and has never stopped. She has taught every age. She has written Bible class material. She has spoken on Ladies' Day programs and lectureships. She has trained teachers how to be better teachers for several years through the Teach Them to Know God workshop.
April Meacham is married to Paul Meacham, Jr. They live in Batesville, Mississippi, where Paul preaches for the Central Academy church of Christ. They have three children and four beautiful grandchildren. After 16 years of homeschooling, they recently closed the doors of their school with the graduation of their youngest child.
April has been teaching Bible classes since she was seventeen years old. She has taught all ages and has spoken on Ladies' Day programs and lectureships. She has built and managed resource rooms at large and small congregations. She has taught teacher training classes for several years. She has written Bible class material and many songs for classes. Her labor of love is teaching ladies how to be better teachers through the Teach Them to Know God workshop.
April enjoys working at her computer. Her experience with various programs has aided her work with visual aid creation, songwriting, and resource room management. She enjoys developing websites. She proofreads materials for several preachers and lectureship directors.
She collects smiles and hugs because they don’t have to be dusted!
